Mantis® Flytrap
The Mantis® Flytrap offers
a clean and easy way to get rid of flies. We have thoroughly
tested
the product as well as fly bait. There are a number of flytraps
on the market but none offers the two-fold advantage of clean disposal
and efficiency.
How the Mantis® Flytrap works:
The bait is placed in a 2
l softdrink bottle, filled 2/3 with luke warm water. The
bottle is then screwed on to the trap, which is easily hung from
either a tree or a fence, using specially designed hooks.
The flies are attracted to
the trap by the bait, yellow colour, as well as movement of other
flies already in the trap. Once inside, a fly cannot escape and
then drowns in the bait bottle.
When the bait bottle is full,
it is simply unscrewed from the bottle, capped and disposed off.
In the meantime a new bait bottle can be prepared.
